About a month ago I found a little site called Pinterest. They have a fitness area on the site. I found a routine that I can do at home really quick. I think it took me about 10 mins to do and my arms, legs, and stomach are sore...which is awesome. They also have some great tips and other great routine. Plus tons of motivating pictures!
I'm plan on keeping track of my weight loss on here. If I make it public then I have to keep up right??
So its Monday November 14 and I believe my weight is 173-175. I want to get to 160. My jean size is 12. I would like to be back in size 8. Here goes nothing!! I'm going to also try to give little tips on how to stay motivated. I'm going to try and adjust my eating habits as well. First thing is first...getting my ass off the couch!
